An itty bitty cake ball is the perfect 2 to 4 bite treat, depending on how big your bite is! You could compare them to the size of a chocolate truffle.

A traditional whoopie pie cake sandwich is around 4 inches in diameter. We make ours a little smaller at 2 inches in diameter. Of course if you want them bigger, we would be happy to oblige.

We sell our itty bittys by the dozen. So within that dozen, you can choose up to 3 flavors. Whoopie pies are also sold by the dozen. Each dozen must be one pie flavor, but you can order up to 2 different fillings (6 of each) from the options listed with that pie flavor.

We understand that sometimes you have a change of heart with a flavor choice. We'll do our best to work with that change. However... since we make everything to order, we won't be able to make changes 24 hours after your order has been placed.

We love new ideas! So if you have a specific occasion we will do our best to come up with something that will meet your needs. And by all means, if you have a flavor we haven’t thought of we would love to try and create that for you. Both of those requests would require extra time, though, so please keep that in mind.

Itty bittys will keep up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator. Now that doesn’t mean you have to eat them right out of the fridge! You can let them come to room temperature to enjoy if you would like. If you’re setting up for a party, they can sit out for the duration with no problem.

Whoopie pies are traditionally eaten at room temperature. But we think they taste great right out of the fridge as well. So we leave that up to you, but they will keep for up to 4 days in the refrigerator.

All of our itty bittys and whoopie pies are made fresh for every order, so they take a little while to produce. We require a 3 to 4 day lead time on itty bitty orders, and a 48 hour lead time on whoopie pie orders.
**For bulk orders over 6 dozen, please give at least 1 week notice.**
Because we are a custom boutique bakery and want to do an amazing job on EVERY order, we limit how many orders we accept each day. If you place an order on a day we are booked, we will notify you by email. Please note we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. (So if you order on a Thursday... it won’t be mailed until the following Monday.)

Our popular itty bittys can ship nationwide... however, due to intense heat during the summer months, itty bitty shipments are not available from June - August. We wish we could answer demand to ship our whoopie pies nationally, but they only taste best within a small window of time - 4 days. We cannot guarantee they would arrive with the standard quality of taste that we expect. Therefore, whoopie pies are only available in the Charlotte Metro area of North Carolina and do not ship nationwide. We do not want to compromise the quality of our products, nor your expectation of them.

We proudly use the US Post Office for our shipments. You can choose Priority Shipping (2 to 3 days) or Express Shipping (Overnight).

If they are being shipped, unfortunately we have to depend on a third party. And with that, accidents can happen. If you purchase the insurance option at checkout we will gladly replace your order. All locally delivered orders will of course not have that problem.

Please note that our itty bittys and whoopie pies are made in a facility where nuts are used. All itty bittys and whoopie pies have wheat, eggs, and milk ingredients.
